Hello There, Serve means many things to me. 1) It means taking care of those around me and going the extra mile to meet the needs I see in others. I think anytime you give of yourself you also get something back. To serve means at first you have a gift, a commodity or talent you can share with someone who can use it. This brings me great joy, self-esteem & confidence. To know I have enough gumption to be able to give to others without it taking away too much from me in the end is a blessing I feel every day. Even if it's a material thing I give, the benefits of being blessed enough to give something away is a payoff in itself. To serve my Master is to watch for any opportunity to make him happier than he would be if I made no effort. It means I care enough to pay attention to is wants and desires and do my very best to fulfill everything he feels he needs to be happy with me & in general. Sometimes it's the way I speak to him in response to something he's said, it's obeying his requests, it's caring for his body, mind, sexual and spiritual needs to the best of my ability and basically being an asset not a liability to him. 3) Like others mention here it's also waiting on people & bringing them food or drink, playing tennis, volley ball, and badminton, helping clients with purchases, and it's even delivering court papers to someone. I think service is a humongous gift that when you give it away it gives you something even greater back every time. Sincerely, sub suzanne
